How do I access the equipment’s programming mode?

If you are using the Matrix interface, you need to press the upper left corner of the screen for 5 seconds to access the equipment’s “Programming” mode.

Where is the “Start” button on my Eccellenza Touch?

The Start button has been renamed to “Brew”, which is found on the main screen.

I received a T1 Error on the Eccellenza Momentum: “Water Tank temperature probe not present”, what should I do?

The machine may not detect temperature probes immersed in water below 2°C during the first filling process. The temperature probe’s valid temperature range has been increased in order to compensate for extremely cold water entering the water tank (under 2°C / 36°F).
